// Retail and e-commerce

Software for retailers whose apps and spreadsheets no longer keep up

We build the parts of your store and back office that off-the-shelf apps do not do well, and connect them to Shopify, your POS and your accounting. Try each one below on sample data.

What we fix

Monthly app fees for features that half fit

A custom storefront or Shopify integration for the parts that make you different, like subscriptions, rentals, bundles or wholesale pricing, so you pay once instead of every month.

Every location orders differently

One ordering system for all your stores, with par levels, approvals and a single view of what each location needs from the warehouse or suppliers.

Stockouts on best sellers, overstock on everything else

Forecasts built from your own sales history, seasonality and supplier lead times, with suggested reorder quantities your buyers can adjust and approve.

Numbers spread across Shopify, the POS and accounting

One dashboard that pulls sales, margin and inventory from every channel, so the weekly numbers take minutes instead of a day of exports.

Your ERP or store stays the system of record. We build around it, not instead of it.

// FAQ

Common questions

There is a Shopify app for that. Why go custom?

Often the app is the right answer, and we will say so. Custom pays off when several apps are stitched together, when fees grow with your volume, or when the feature is how you compete.

Will this work with our current store?

Yes. Most projects extend Shopify or your existing store through its API rather than replacing it, so customers and staff keep the tools they know.

Can you work with our POS and accounting system?

Yes. We connect through their APIs (Square, Lightspeed, Shopify POS, QuickBooks, Xero and others), and to supplier feeds or spreadsheets where there is no API.

How do projects usually start?

With a free 30-minute workflow review, then a short fixed-price discovery sprint that ends in a clickable prototype and a fixed quote for the first phase.
