// Wholesale and distribution
Software for wholesalers who have outgrown email and spreadsheets
We build the ordering, tracking and product tools your ERP does not cover, connected to the systems you already run. Try each one below on sample data before we talk.
// Sound familiar?
What we fix
Orders arrive by email, phone and PDF
A customer portal with their own prices, order history and reorder lists. Orders go straight into NetSuite or QuickBooks, so nobody retypes them.
Customers call to ask where their shipment is
One tracking view across carriers, with late and damaged shipments flagged before the customer notices, and a status page they can check themselves.
Product specs live in email threads and folders
A product development workspace for CADs, specs, factory quotes and approvals, so every SKU has one record from first sketch to purchase order.
Reps build offers in spreadsheets from stale stock lists
A proposal builder that pulls live stock and pricing, lays out a branded offer in minutes and turns the accepted lines into an order.

// FAQ
Common questions
Our ERP has a portal module. Why build one?
If the built-in module fits how your customers order, use it. Custom makes sense when your pricing, catalog or approval rules do not fit, or when per-user licensing for every customer adds up. We build on top of the ERP, never instead of it.
Do we have to replace our ERP or accounting system?
No. The ERP stays the system of record. Our apps read and write to it through its API, so orders, customers and inventory stay in one place.
Can you handle EDI with big-box retailers?
Yes. We connect to EDI providers for purchase orders, advance ship notices and invoices, and show EDI and portal orders side by side so your team works one queue.
How do projects usually start?
With a free 30-minute workflow review, then a short fixed-price discovery sprint that ends in a clickable prototype and a fixed quote for the first phase.
