Get more out of NetSuite without more SuiteScript

NetSuite holds your customers, items, prices and orders. We build the portals, apps and automations around it that NetSuite does not do well on its own, reading and writing through its APIs so it stays the system of record.

What we fix

Customers email POs that someone retypes

A B2B ordering portal with each customer’s own price levels, items and order history. Orders land in NetSuite as sales orders, ready to approve, with no retyping.

Portal licenses for every customer add up

A custom portal is paid for once and serves every customer you have, with the catalog, pricing rules and approvals your business actually uses.

Vendor bills are keyed in by hand

Invoices arrive by email, AI reads them, matches each line to the NetSuite purchase order and drafts the vendor bill. Your team approves exceptions instead of typing.

Every report starts with a saved search and an export

Dashboards that pull from NetSuite on a schedule and combine it with Shopify, carriers or spreadsheets, so the weekly numbers are already there on Monday.

// FAQ

Common questions

Do you build inside NetSuite or outside it?

Mostly outside. The app runs on its own and talks to NetSuite through SuiteTalk REST, RESTlets or SuiteQL. We keep customizations inside NetSuite small, so upgrades and your NetSuite partner’s work are not affected.

Will this replace our NetSuite partner?

No. Your partner keeps configuring NetSuite. We build the customer-facing and operational software around it, and we are happy to work alongside them.

How do you handle customer-specific pricing?

We read price levels, customer item pricing and quantity breaks from NetSuite, so the portal always shows the same price your team would quote. Rules that live only in a spreadsheet get written down and moved into one place first.

Is our NetSuite data safe?

The app uses a dedicated integration role with only the permissions it needs, token-based authentication and a full log of what it reads and writes.

How do projects usually start?

With a free 30-minute workflow review, then a short fixed-price discovery sprint that ends in a clickable prototype and a fixed quote for the first phase.
