// Shopify
Custom Shopify apps for the parts that make you different
Shopify runs the storefront well. When your business needs something the app store does not do, or five apps stitched together do badly, we build it as a private app connected to your store and the systems behind it.

What we fix
Five apps, five monthly fees, and they disagree
One private app for the workflow that matters, like subscriptions, bundles, rentals or wholesale pricing, built around your rules and paid for once.
Shopify and the ERP do not agree on stock
Two-way sync of products, inventory, orders and fulfillments with NetSuite, QuickBooks or your 3PL, with a log that shows exactly what changed and why.
Reordering is a gut call
Forecasts per SKU from Shopify, Amazon and wholesale sales history, with suggested purchase orders your buyers can adjust and send.
“Where is my order?” fills the support inbox
An AI assistant that answers from your Shopify orders, tracking and help docs, and hands anything unusual to a person with the context attached.

What we build on Shopify
Retail Store + Subscriptions
Retailers rent a storefront and pay fees on every sale they make.
Inventory Forecasting
Stockouts on best sellers and overstock everywhere else.
AI Support Assistant
The same 50 questions eat up most of the support team’s day.
Shipment Tracking + Issues
Shipping problems surface when the customer calls to complain.
B2B Ordering Portal
Wholesale customers still email POs and call for stock checks.
// FAQ
Common questions
Do you build public App Store apps or private apps?
Mostly custom apps for one store or brand, installed only on your store. If you want to sell the app to other merchants, we can build it for the Shopify App Store too.
Will this slow down our storefront?
No. The work happens in the app’s own backend through Shopify’s APIs and webhooks. Anything shown on the storefront uses theme app extensions, which Shopify loads efficiently.
Should we leave Shopify for a custom store?
Usually not. Extending Shopify is cheaper and keeps the tools your team knows. A custom store makes sense when transaction fees or Shopify’s checkout limits cost you more than the build.
How do projects usually start?
With a free 30-minute workflow review, then a short fixed-price discovery sprint that ends in a clickable prototype and a fixed quote for the first phase.
