Apps that post straight to QuickBooks
Most small and mid-size businesses run on QuickBooks plus a pile of spreadsheets and retyping. We build the app for the work in between, and connect it so invoices, payments and bills land in QuickBooks on their own.

What we fix
Technicians’ paperwork becomes invoices days later
A mobile app for the field: job notes, photos and signatures turn into a QuickBooks invoice when the job closes, often before the truck leaves the driveway.
Customers order by phone and email
An ordering portal with each customer’s pricing that creates QuickBooks invoices or sales receipts, so orders are entered once, by the customer.
Clients send documents and payments every which way
A secure client portal for uploads, e-signatures and card or bank payments, with payments recorded against the right QuickBooks invoice.
Bills are typed in from PDFs
Vendor invoices arrive by email, AI reads them and drafts the bill in QuickBooks with the right vendor and account. Someone approves; nobody types.

Common questions
QuickBooks Online or Desktop?
QuickBooks Online has a modern API and is what we connect to most. For QuickBooks Desktop we can use the Web Connector, but if a move to Online is on your roadmap, it is usually worth doing first.
Will the app mess up our books?
The app only creates the records you agree on, like invoices, payments or draft bills, with your accounts and items mapped up front. Your bookkeeper sees everything it posts.
There is a marketplace app for this. Why custom?
If a marketplace app fits, use it, and we will say so. Custom pays off when several apps are stitched together, when fees grow with your volume, or when your workflow is how you compete.
How do projects usually start?
With a free 30-minute workflow review, then a short fixed-price discovery sprint that ends in a clickable prototype and a fixed quote for the first phase.
