Software for builders whose job sites run on group texts

We build the field app, the daily log and the client updates your crews will actually use, and connect them to your accounting and project files. Try it below on sample data.

What we fix

Daily reports are late, thin or missing

A daily log superintendents fill in from their phone in a few minutes: crews, weather, deliveries, delays and photos, filed by project automatically.

Photos and punch items are buried in group texts

Every photo and punch item tied to a project, a location and an owner, with a clear list of what is open and who is fixing it.

Owners call the office for updates

A client portal with progress photos, schedule milestones, change orders and documents, so clients see where things stand without calling.

Sub and supplier invoices are keyed in by hand

Invoices arrive by email, AI reads them and codes each one to the job and cost code. Your PM approves; accounting does not retype.

Works with the systems you run

  • QuickBooks
  • Procore (export)
  • Google Drive
  • SharePoint
  • Weather API
  • PDF export
  • Excel

Your ERP or store stays the system of record. We build around it, not instead of it.

// FAQ

Common questions

We already use Procore. Where does custom fit?

Procore is strong for large projects. Custom fits the workflows it does not cover well for your company, or teams who find it too heavy for smaller jobs. We can export to Procore so nothing is duplicated.

Will superintendents actually use it?

That is the main design goal. The daily log takes a few minutes, works offline on site and asks only for what you really use. We test it with your crews before rollout.

Can it produce the daily report PDF owners expect?

Yes. Reports export as branded PDFs and can be emailed to the owner or architect automatically each day.

How do projects usually start?

With a free 30-minute workflow review, then a short fixed-price discovery sprint that ends in a clickable prototype and a fixed quote for the first phase.
