// EDI
EDI that connects to your systems, not to a person retyping it
When a retailer requires EDI, the documents usually come in through a provider and get rekeyed into the ERP. We connect your EDI provider to the systems you run, so purchase orders, ship notices and invoices flow without anyone typing them.
// Sound familiar?
What we fix
EDI orders are printed and retyped
Purchase orders (850) from your EDI provider become sales orders in NetSuite, QuickBooks, Business Central or your ERP automatically, with exceptions flagged for review.
Chargebacks for late or wrong ship notices
Advance ship notices (856) built from your actual shipments, cartons and tracking numbers, and sent on time.
Invoices and acknowledgments by hand
PO acknowledgments (855) and invoices (810) generated from your ERP records, so they match what shipped.
EDI and portal orders in two queues
One order view for EDI, portal and email orders, so your team works a single list whatever the channel.

What we build on EDI
B2B Ordering Portal
Wholesale customers still email POs and call for stock checks.
Shipment Tracking + Issues
Shipping problems surface when the customer calls to complain.
Warehouse Ops Dashboard
Managers find out about late orders after the customer does.
Invoice Capture
Accounts payable retypes every vendor invoice by hand.
// FAQ
Common questions
Do we still need an EDI provider?
Usually yes. A provider (VAN or EDI network) handles the connections and mapping to each retailer. We connect that provider to your ERP and warehouse, which is the part that saves your team the typing.
Which documents do you handle?
Most commonly 850 purchase orders, 855 acknowledgments, 856 advance ship notices, 810 invoices and 846 inventory updates. Retailer-specific rules are captured during discovery.
How long does a new trading partner take?
Once the integration is in place, adding a partner is mostly mapping and testing on the provider side, typically days to a few weeks depending on the retailer’s certification process.
How do projects usually start?
With a free 30-minute workflow review, then a short fixed-price discovery sprint that ends in a clickable prototype and a fixed quote for the first phase.
