Connect Salesforce to the rest of your business
Salesforce knows your pipeline. It usually does not know your live stock, your ERP pricing or what the customer ordered last month. We build the apps and integrations that connect it to the rest of the business.
// Sound familiar?
What we fix
Reps quote from stale spreadsheets
A proposal builder that pulls live stock and pricing from your ERP, creates a branded offer from the Salesforce opportunity and records what the customer accepts.
Salesforce and the ERP tell different stories
Accounts, orders, invoices and payment status synced between Salesforce and NetSuite, QuickBooks or your ERP, so reps see what finance sees.
Customers need a portal, but not a license each
A custom portal for orders, documents and cases that reads and writes to Salesforce, without a per-user community license for every customer contact.
Support answers live in a dozen places
An AI assistant that answers from your knowledge base and the customer’s Salesforce record, and opens a case with the full conversation when a person is needed.
// Live demos
Try it before we talk
Working sample apps for a made-up company. Pick one and click around the way your team would.
// Connects to

Your core system stays the system of record. We build around it, not instead of it.

What we build on Salesforce
Customer Proposal Builder
Reps build product offers in spreadsheets from stale stock lists.
Client Portal
Accountants and agencies chase clients for documents over email.
AI Support Assistant
The same 50 questions eat up most of the support team’s day.
B2B Ordering Portal
Wholesale customers still email POs and call for stock checks.
// FAQ
Common questions
Do you build in Apex and Lightning?
We keep the heavy lifting in an external app that uses the Salesforce APIs, with small, well-tested pieces inside Salesforce where they belong. Your admin keeps control of the org.
Why not Experience Cloud for the portal?
Experience Cloud is a good fit when your users already live in Salesforce and licensing works out. A custom portal makes sense when you have many customer users, need a specific experience, or want to avoid per-login fees.
How do projects usually start?
With a free 30-minute workflow review, then a short fixed-price discovery sprint that ends in a clickable prototype and a fixed quote for the first phase.
