Software for service companies that still dispatch by phone and whiteboard

We build the dispatch board, the technician app and the customer updates around how your shop actually runs, and connect them to QuickBooks so the job, the invoice and the payment are entered once. Try it below on sample data.

What we fix

The schedule lives on a whiteboard and in one person’s head

A drag-and-drop dispatch board with every tech, job and time window, so anyone in the office can see the day and move work when something slips.

Paperwork comes back days after the job

A mobile app for technicians with job details, checklists, photos and customer signatures, built to work in basements and attics without signal.

Invoices go out late, and some never do

Closed jobs become QuickBooks invoices automatically, with a card payment link sent by text before the truck leaves the driveway.

The phones ring with the same questions all day

Automatic “on the way” texts, and an AI assistant on your website that answers common questions and books the appointment.

// FAQ

Common questions

Why not ServiceTitan, Jobber or Housecall Pro?

If one of them fits how you work, use it, and we will tell you so. Custom makes sense when per-tech pricing keeps rising, you are paying for features you do not use, or your workflow (commercial contracts, multi-trade jobs, special inspections) does not fit theirs.

Does the technician app work offline?

Yes. Techs can open jobs, take photos and collect signatures without signal. Everything syncs when the phone reconnects.

Can we keep QuickBooks?

Yes. QuickBooks stays your books. Customers, invoices and payments sync to it, so your bookkeeper’s routine does not change.

How do projects usually start?

With a free 30-minute workflow review, then a short fixed-price discovery sprint that ends in a clickable prototype and a fixed quote for the first phase.
