// Business Central
Give Business Central customers a portal of their own
Business Central runs your finance, inventory and orders well, but it has no customer-facing ordering portal of its own. We build the portal and the integrations around it, reading and writing through its APIs so Business Central stays the system of record.
// Sound familiar?
What we fix
Customers email and call in their orders
A B2B ordering portal with each customer’s prices, item availability and order history. Orders arrive in Business Central as sales orders, with no retyping.
Add-ons that half fit
Portal apps on AppSource work for standard cases. When your pricing, catalog or approval rules do not fit them, a custom portal follows your rules instead of the other way round.
Shopify, EDI and Business Central drift apart
Items, stock, orders and shipments synced between Business Central and your store, marketplaces and EDI partners, with a log of every change.
Purchase invoices are keyed in by hand
Vendor invoices arrive by email, AI reads them and drafts the purchase invoice against the right order. Your team approves exceptions.

Your core system stays the system of record. We build around it, not instead of it.

Managers find out about late orders after the customer does.
// FAQ
Common questions
How do you connect to Business Central?
Through its standard REST and OData APIs, with a dedicated, limited-permission app registration in your Microsoft Entra tenant. Where the standard API lacks something, a small custom API page in a Business Central extension fills the gap.
Business Central online or on-premises?
Both work. Online is simpler because the APIs are already exposed; on-premises needs the web services reachable from the portal, which we set up with your IT team.
Will this interfere with our Business Central partner?
No. Your partner keeps configuring Business Central. We build the customer-facing software around it and coordinate on anything that touches their extensions.
How do projects usually start?
With a free 30-minute workflow review, then a short fixed-price discovery sprint that ends in a clickable prototype and a fixed quote for the first phase.
