// Clinics and healthcare practices
Software for practices whose front desk is buried in calls and clipboards
We build online booking, intake and patient communication around how your practice runs, and connect it to the calendar and systems you already use. Try it below on sample data.

What we fix
Mornings disappear into phone bookings
Patients book, reschedule and cancel online around your real provider schedules, visit types and buffer rules.

Intake, consent and history forms patients complete on their phone before the visit, arriving structured and ready for the chart.
No-shows cost hours every week
Text and email reminders with one-tap confirm or reschedule, and an open-slot list that fills cancellations from a waitlist.
The same questions, all day, by phone
An assistant that answers hours, insurance, prep and directions from your own documents, and routes anything clinical to your staff.

Common questions
What about HIPAA?
Intake forms carry patient health information, so we plan for HIPAA from day one: hosting and messaging vendors that sign a Business Associate Agreement, encryption, role-based access and audit logs. We review your compliance requirements in discovery.
Can it connect to our EHR or practice management system?
Many EHRs offer an API or a FHIR interface; where they do, we use it. Where they do not, intake can export to PDF or a structured file your staff imports.
Is this a replacement for our EHR?
No. Your EHR stays the clinical record. We build the patient-facing and front-desk pieces it does not do well.
How do projects usually start?
With a free 30-minute workflow review, then a short fixed-price discovery sprint that ends in a clickable prototype and a fixed quote for the first phase.
