// FAQ

Common questions

How does it get tracking updates?

Directly from carrier APIs and webhooks, or through your shipping software such as ShipStation. Most updates arrive within minutes of the scan.

Can our customers see their own shipments?

Yes. Wholesale accounts can get a portal or branded tracking page showing only their orders, which cuts down on “where is it” calls.

Is this different from a warehouse dashboard?

Yes. A warehouse dashboard covers work inside the building. This picks up once the shipment leaves and follows it to the customer’s door, including everything that goes wrong on the way.
